- 參加日期：2022年8月26日至9月15日，以主辦單位之伺服器為準。
- 每個電話號碼及電郵用戶可登記免費禮遇乙次。
- 參加者必須完成登記才可有機會獲得指定服務確認短訊。如有問題，請發訊息至hk.info@tatcha.com，填寫已登記的個人資料，並註明予我們跟進。
- 參加者必須確保所有填寫的資料均屬真實，如有不實資料或懷疑以空號或虛假賬戶參加活動，或以任何程式擾亂或操控活動，有關參加者之換領資格將有機會被取消，恕不再另行通知。
- 禮品不得更換、退回或退換現金。
- 參加者必須按照Tatcha指定的地點及享用該服務期限。如未能於指定限期前享用該服務，預訂之服務將被自動取消，不得異議。參加者不得將其享用服務轉讓予他人。
- 參加者不可預約即日或翌日之服務，最早的預約日期為當天的兩日後。
- 參加者經是次活動所提交資料及時間將以主辦單位伺服器所收取之數據為準。任何因電腦、網絡等技術問題而引致參加者所遞交的資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，Tatcha恕不負責。
- 本活動的參加者了解並願意遵守本活動訂立的條款及細則，並同意Tatcha張貼。
- 本人同意Tatcha收集本人有關個人資料，如姓名，手提電話號碼等，包括及限於上述填寫之個人資料，上述資料只會用作是次活動之通知事宜。除獲參加者同意，香港Tatcha不會使用有關資料作日後直接促銷之用途。除指定資料處理者外，Tatcha將對上述資料及訊息保密。
- 參加者須保證其上載內容不會侵犯任何第三者的任何權利，包括（但不限於）版權、商標、專利、商業秘密、私隱或其他個人或所有權。參加者必須承擔所有因張貼或發表其作品所引起的任何後果。
- 如參加者上載之內容涉及任何侵權性的、脅迫性的、虛假的、誤導性的、煽動性的、誹謗性的、侵犯隱私的、淫穢的、色情的、辱罵性的、歧視性的、非法的材料，或其他任何構成或促成刑事犯罪、侵犯他人權利、引起民事責任或觸犯法律的材料，主辦單位保留取消其參賽資格及刪除其作品之權利。參加者必須承擔所有因張貼或發表其作品所引起的任何後果。
- 如有任何爭議，Tatcha保留最終決定權，包括隨時暫停、更改或終止活動及其條款及細則，而毋須另行通知。
Terms and conditions:
- Participation date: August 26 to September 15, 2022, subject to the organizer's server.
- Each phone number and email user can register for the free gift once.
- Participants must complete the registration to have the opportunity to receive the designated service confirmation SMS. If you have any questions, please send a message to hk.info@tatcha.com, fill in the registered personal information, and indicate to us for follow-up.
- Participants must ensure that all the information filled in is true. If there is false information or suspected of participating in the event with an empty number or false account, or disrupting or manipulating the event with any program, the participant’s redemption qualification will be cancelled. Without further notice.
- Gifts cannot be replaced, returned or exchanged for cash.
- Participants must follow the location designated by Tatcha and enjoy the service period. If you fail to use the service before the specified period, the reserved service will be automatically cancelled without any objection. Participants may not transfer their enjoyment of services to others.
- Participants cannot make reservations for services on the same day or the following day. The earliest reservation date is two days later.
- The information and time submitted by participants through this event will be subject to the data collected by the organizer's server. Tatcha will not be responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognition of the information submitted by participants due to technical problems such as computer and network issues.
- Participants of this event understand and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions of this event, and agree to post by Tatcha.
- I agree that Tatcha collects personal information about me, such as name, mobile phone number, etc., including and limited to the personal information filled in above. The above information will only be used for notification of this event. Unless agreed by participants, Hong Kong Tatcha will not use the relevant information for future direct marketing purposes. Except for designated data processors, Tatcha will keep the above data and messages confidential.
- Participants must ensure that their uploaded content will not infringe any rights of any third party, including (but not limited to) copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. Participants must bear all the consequences of posting or publishing their works.
- If the content uploaded by participants involves any infringing, coercive, false, misleading, inflammatory, defamatory, infringement of privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal The organizer reserves the right to cancel the qualifications of the competition and delete its works if it constitutes or contributes to a criminal offense, violates the rights of others, causes civil liability or violates the law. Participants must bear all the consequences of posting or publishing their works.
- In case of any disputes, Tatcha reserves the right to make the final decision, including suspension, change or termination of the event and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
